Let's relax and unwind before work with a beginner-friendly hatha yoga practice taught by Rebecca Klaassen, a HiVE member and certified yoga teacher. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one. The class is free for members and there is a suggested donation of $10 for non-members.
