HiVE is excited to welcome Tom Lewis on June 23rd as he delivers an intimate Lunch and Learn to Vancouver’s social impact community.
Seating is limited; to RSVP, please email email@example.com.
This is an invitation for entrepreneurs who are poised for a growth phase in their family run business, thinking of acquiring property, expanding existing premises or looking at exciting new sales opportunity. You might not be sure of just how much money you’ll need to fund the cost of growth or how to explain it to your banker. If you were thinking of using funds from your operating company you could be putting your company at risk by eating up valuable working capital. This could result in a cash flow crisis that the company may never recover from. To remove the risk you need a strategic plan, which will take into account all your management assumptions and put them to work and run multiple scenarios to test their viability. You’ll be able to acquire these skills and our financial gap tool by attend the following event.
- Understand Why Growth Costs Money
- Forecast What You’ll Need to Grow
- Why as my sales go up does my cash go down?
- Learn How Better Management Will Help
- Answer the Question “How Much Money Do I Need To Borrow” & “When You Will Pay it Back”
